He is survived by: his wife Shannon Bishop of Hooker; his granddaughter Rebecca; his children, Brian Peitz (Misty) of Hugoton, Kansas and Rebecca Culwell (Colby) of Hooker, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Brent Peitz, Dallas Long (Kaiden), Tracy Peitz and Katie Culwell; and his siblings, Anita Mitchel (Harlen), Janet Ledford (Gaylor), Cathy Morlen (Sam), Geraldine Norton (Jim), Mary Ann Peitz and Steve Peitz (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
