He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Helen Louise Mitchell (LaPee); his wife Joyce Maralee Chenoweth; his children, Phillip Mitchell (Pearlene) and Dianna (Phillip Brown); his grandchildren, Casey Mitchell (Sara), Lyna Mitchell, Lucas Grounds (Kelsey) and Marcus Grounds; and his great grandchildren, William, Dakota Flannery, Haven, Hattie Grounds, Tye and Payzlee Grounds.
