He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Powell and Jeanett Powell. He is survived by: his siblings, William Powell, Willa Weis of Hooker and Phyllis Dietrich of Hooker; and his children, Iva Davila of Amarillo, Ralph Powell of Amarillo, Ina Gonzales of Amarillo and Vanessa Witt of Avondale. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
