He is survived by: his grandchildren, Madelyn, Audrey, Alexandra, Kadon, James and Austin; his children, Patrick Jr., Florence Smalley (Jeff) and Patti Smith (Manny); and his sister Bridget Frohreich (Bob). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
