She is survived by: her son Jeremy Hatcher (Christy) of Halifax; her grandson Jayden; her sister Judith Hatcher Hogan of Pensacola, Florida; her extended family Glen Eccleston (Devon); and her close friends, Peggy Lacks and Doris Jackson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
