She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Reed DeRoin and Neva Evens DeRoin of Virginia; and her sister Jo Reed. She is survived by: her sons, Edmund Kenworthy, Peter James Kenworthy and Norris Bighorse; her grandchildren, Sage Morningstar Bighorse (Andrew Scott Bighorse) and Reed DeRoin (Batt DeRoin); and her sisters, Denice DeRoin-Acott and Caroline DeRoin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
