He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Richard Winger Sr. and Doris Elizabeth Winger (Dittman); his children, Thomas Edward Winger, Jr. and Joanna Marie Winger; his brother Paul Richard Winger, Jr.; his grandson Johnathan Lee Winger; his sisters-in-law, Ethel Winger, Ruth Winger and Shirley; his grandmother Skaats; his brothers-in-law, Paul McNiel and Ronald Vann; and his parents-in-law, Paul and Leona Stallings.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Pauline Winger; his children, Richard Dale Winger (Kathy) of Hutchinson, KS. and Doris LeeAnn Cantu (Jimmy) of Hollis, OK.; his siblings, Robert Dale Winger of Franklin, PA., Donald Eugene Winger of Pueblo, CO. and Judy Ann Saeli (Joseph Saeli) of Franklin, PA.; his grandchild Twenty; and also, Ginger Vann, Butch Skaats, Harold, Pat Brooks and Betty McNiel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relative, and friends.
