She is survived by: her brother Morris Orville; her husband Ted Butler of Morris, OK; her brother Jimmy Edward (Carol Ratterree); her brother-in-law Terrell Silvers; her daughters, Beth Ann Penington (JD) and Rebecca Williamson; her grandchildren, Kimberly Dugger (Michael), Charity Martin (Clayton), Blake Burruss (Rachel), Krista Sands, Holly Chapman (Joel), Sarah-Lyn Rausch (Steven), Jay Darrin Smith (Mackenzie) and Tiffany Adair; her great grandchildren, Heather, Abigail, Dexter, Claire, Carson, Braylee, Addysion, Brycelyn, Gabriel, Andrew, Silas, Jett and Stanton; and her caregiver Yolanda Campbell.
