He is survived by: his wife Frances Mayfield of Hollis; his children, Jonathan Nesen of Wichita Falls, TX, Steven Jensen of Altus, OK, Michael Jr. of Colorado and Clara Pantoja of Hollis, OK; his sister Talisha (Shawn) of California; his nephew Billy Boy of California; and his sister Penny Mayfield of California. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
