He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Cornett and Clara Lanford Cornett; his siblings, A. H. Cornett, Robert Cornett, Wilma Cornett Moon and Bill Cornett; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Cornett Slack, Brackelle Cornett and Andrew Cornett.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Moore Cornett; and his children, Kathy Milligan (Malcolm) of Edmond, OK, Ralph Cornett of Boerne, TX, Randy Cornett (Bonnie) of Gould, OK, Ron Cornett (Carolyn) of Collinsville, OK and Steve Cornett (Becky) of Harmon County, OK.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-granddaughters.
