He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Faulks and Myrl Faulks; his siblings, Mozelle, Mae, Billie, Janelle, Tiny and J. W.; and his son-in-law Bradley Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Faulks (Crabb); his children, Kelly (Daphne) and Kandi; his grandchildren, Braden (Raegan), Connor (Kelci), Kanyon (Kristina), Carson (D'Lyn), Cade (Cyerra) and Kendi (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Barrett, Palmer, Caroline, Lucy, Hattie, Collier, Harper, Krew, Hazel, Jenna, Adeline, Levi, Miley and Dawson; and his brother Sonny Faulks (Nancy). He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harmon County Funeral Home Chapel (417 E Broadway St, Hollis, OK 73550). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (201 E Jones St, Hollis, OK 73550).
