He was predeceased by: his father Wallace Lewis Johnson Sr.; and his brother Curtis Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Elouise Johnson (Beaver); his son Lewis Johnson of Holdenville; his stepson Timmy Kingsbury of Oklahoma City; his siblings, Mary Johnson (Chip) of Shawnee, Daniel Johnson (Jennifer) of Holdenville, Connie Sands (Brian) of Wewoka, Charlotte Johnson of Holdenville, Janice Birdcreek (Roger) of Weleetka and Christopher Johnson of Holdenville; and his aunt Wynema Russell (Kathy Palmer). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
