He was predeceased by: his parents, Mace Lee Anthony and Irene Anthony; and his siblings, Mace Lee Anthony Jr. and Wilma Anthony Snell. He is survived by: his wife Laura Sue Cox; his children, Tracy Howard Anthony (Tammy) of Jonesboro, AR, Kimberly Dawn (Anthony) and Brakhage (Dale) of Seminole; his grandchildren, Bradley, Patrick and Madelyn; his great grandchildren, Kendall, Madelyn, Greta and J. T.; his sister Wanda Anthony Greenwood of Holdenville; and his aunt Pauline Johnsey of Memphis, TX. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
