He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Sid Mulliniks and Leila Mulliniks (Corley); and his brother Dale Mulliniks. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Mulliniks; his children, Davy Mulliniks (Michelle) of Indianola, OK, Mark Mulliniks (Laurie) of Tulsa, OK, Rick Mulliniks (Christie) of Ada, OK, Rodney Mulliniks (Amy) of Terrelton, OK and Kasey Jo Shelton (Charlie) of Wilburton, OK; his stepchildren, Keli Moore (Adam) of Casagrandi, AZ, Randy Barham of Dallas, TX and Laci Jo Barham of Wilburton, OK; and his sister Vicki Benefield of Georgia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
