She is survived by: her children, Tina Phillips (Phillip Tiger) of Holdenville, Leonard R. Dooley of Holdenville and Misty Sanders (James) of Holdenville; her grandchildren, Dustin Phillips, Dasha Bristow, Leonard Dooley IV, Joshua Dooley, Aaron Sisco, Alexa Gustin and Lucas Gustin; and her sisters, Judy Jay of Holdenville and Ginger Kester of Noble. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
