She was predeceased by: her husband Garry Skinner; her parent Alpha Mae Collins; and her siblings, Joel Collins, Jeweldine Evans, Mary Marsh and Walter Collins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kristi Fulghum (Trent) of Arkansas and Kelli Edwards; her friend Kim Mayhall; her grandchildren, Cody Rosson (Kaylee) of Oklahoma, Emily Weiland (Hayden) of Oklahoma, Jessica, Garrett Fulghum of Arkansas, Cooper and Mayci of Oklahoma; and her siblings, Ina Reams, Sue Collins of Holdenville and Bob Collins of Wetumka. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
