He is survived by: his children, Pam Arth (David) of Boonville, Shawnna Jackson of Ada, Josh Jackson (Tammy) of Sedalia and Phillip Jackson of Ada; and his sister Tyke Tollett of Allen. He is also survived by 1 niece and 2 nephews.
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home (301 E Main St, Holdenville, OK 74848). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
