She was predeceased by: her parents, Pat Carl Baxley and Inez Baxley (Neal); her daughter Dixie Lynn Barefield; and her sisters, Teresa Boans and Nancy Baxley.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Hammock; her grandchildren, Kelly Morris, Brandon Barefield, Abby Barefield and Jordan Canivari; her great grandchildren, Ana, Aiden, Aydelyne, Conner and Olivia; and her siblings, Clyde'Snapper'Baxley, Max Baxley, Montie Baxley, Carl Baxley and Bennie Shaw. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other family members, and many friends.
