He was predeceased by: his parents, John Weymoth Maxwell and Laniece Maxwell (Wilkins). He is survived by: his wife Linda Maxwell; his sons, Jonathan Maxwell (Hazel) of Allen, OK, Michael Maxwell (Sheila) of Eucha, OK and Jason Maxwell (Sarah) of Gravette, AR; and his siblings, Larry Maxwell (Debbie) of Garland, TX and Cheryl Miller (David) of Garland, TX.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
