He is survived by: his children, Michelle Tollett of Savanna, Brandie Holder of Non and Jerry Tollett Jr. (Misty) of McAlester; his grandchildren, Christian Tollett, Garrett Tollett, Peyton Tollett, Dillon Holder, Gunner Holder (Tiffany), Maddox Tollett, Noah Lalli, Corbin Lalli and Gianna Lalli; his great grandchildren, Winston Holder and Baylor Holder; and his siblings, Richard Tollett (Shirley) of McAlester and Carol Dodson (James) of Colbert, OK. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other family members, and many friends.
