He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Strong and Ruby Strong (Moulder); his siblings, Butch Strong, Jimmy Lee, Dean Lee, Eddie Robinson and Carolyn Gust; and his grandson Camdin Purvis.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Vanessa Beller of Shawnee, Kimberly Cottrell of Eufaula, Lonnie Lynn Strong, Justin Purvis of Holdenville and Kenneth Purvis (Tracey); and his siblings, Patricia Crawford of Texas, Phyllis Walton of Oklahoma City, Gracie Lee of Holdenville and Lonnie Strong of Eufaula. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fisher Funeral Home (700 S Broadway St, Holdenville, OK 74848). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Holdenville Cemetery.
