She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ball and Ethel Ball; her son Doug Cook; her grandson Yevgheny Edwards; her brother Kenneth Ball; her half-siblings, Mae Laverne Conrad and George F. Ball Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Cook, Bob Cook and Eva Belle Ferguson.
She is survived by: her husband James Cook; her children, Arthur Cook (Neoma) and Ramona Edwards (Robert) of Huntsville, AL; her sister Jo Horne of Holdenville; her daughter-in-law Susan Lewis of Holdenville; and her sisters-in-law, Fran Cook of Holdenville and Donna Cook of Davenport, IA. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
