She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Jay and Lela Jay; her daughter Reba McCoy; and her siblings, Connie Emerson, Ruby Whitefield, Velma Waggoner, Raymond Jay, Louiee Jay, Bobby Jay, Ocie Jay, Tommy Jay, Billy Jay and Jobie Jay.
She is survived by: her grandson Leon; and her children, Mike McCoy (Sonia) of Holdenville, Cathy Yoscak (Steve) of Oklahoma City, Jacky McCoy (Dawna) of Yukon and Randy McCoy (Amanda) of Union City. She is also survived by 10 grandkids, 28 great grandkids, 1 great, great granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
