He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Alvin Welch and Irene Cora Welch (Brakebill); his wife Peggy Welch (Harmon); his son Gerald Rupe; his grandson Aaron Welch; and his sister Shirley Welch.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Welch (Pauline) of Russellville, AR, Breann Welch and Justin Jameson of Holdenville; his grandchildren, Jessica Maxwell, Amber Welch, Brandon Welch, Skylar Jameson, Ronald Joe Jameson and Justin Rupe; and his sisters, Joyce Swick of Bakersfield, CA and Marilyn Payne of Bakersfield, CA.. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
