She was predeceased by: her parents, William Calvin and Louisa Ellen Allen (Wallis); her husband Norris Dame; her granddaughter Erin Martinez Rhodes; her nephew Bobby Craft; and her siblings, Bonnie Craft, Lucille Lane, Tommy Allen and Wayne Allen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Martinez (Jerry) of Yukon, OK, Maryann Reimer (Jim) of Hobart, OK and Carol Semiglasow (Alex); her grandchildren, Michael Martinez (Evelyn) of Mountain House, CA, Rick Baldwin, Alexa, Lindsey Semiglasow, Frank, Wendy Davis and Jared Mayes; her great grandchildren, Adleigh Martinez, Courtland Martinez, Cameron Martinez, Collison Rhodes, Cyrus Martinez and Cruz Martinez; and her cousin Pam Plumley.
