She was predeceased by: her son Harold; her parents, Claude Harrell and Iva Guy; her husbands, Gene Stephens (Gene) and Jack Johnson; her son Louis Stephens; her siblings, Clyde Harrell, Velma Rogers, Zelma Lewis and Elsie Jones; her grandsons, Kim Ray Stephens, Stephen Faulkner Stephens and Charles Faulkner Stephens; and her great grandchild Debra Anderson.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Regina Anderson of Arvada, CO, Mike Stephens, Basingstoke, Michelle Cooper, Marysport, Dave Stephens, Reading, Gisela Shiffer of Los Angeles, CA, Octavia Thompson of Anchorage, AK, Donna Stephens Wick of Venus, TX, Sheree Becklen of Midlothian, TX and Bobbye Stephens Moreno of Grand Prairie, TX; and her daughter-in-law Ola Stephens Walker (Numerous). She is also survived by 29 Great Grandchildren, 32 Great- Great Grandchildren, 2 Great - Great Grandchildren.
