He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clay and Elsie Gene Stevenson (Mathis); his brothers, Roy Dean Rivers, Lewis Matthews and Arthur "Naboo" Matthews; and his nieces, Vicki Mathis and Alexus Russell.
He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Kay Gildon of Hobart, OK, Lemans Stevenson (LaGail) and Steven Stevenson of Lawton, OK; and his nephew Tyrone Russell of Tulsa, OK.
