She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie Theadore Andrews and Betty Andrews (Guyton); and her daughter Edna Hayes. She is survived by: her children, Carl Montgomery (Kathy) of Del Mar, California and Rita Goodwin of Carnegie, Oklahoma; her son-in-law Wayne Hayes of Weatherford, Oklahoma; and her sister-in-law Mary Andrews of Binger, Oklahoma. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
