She was predeceased by: her mother Hattie Wade; her husband John Phelps; her siblings, Virgil Wade, Jesse Wade and Pearl Wade; and her son-in-law David Richardson.
She is survived by: her children, Johnnie Lynn Phelps of Weatherford, OK and Janice Richardson of Granbury, TX; and her grandchildren, Greg Haley (Susan) of Frankston, TX, Jeff Haley (Rozlyn) of Missoula, MT, Brad of Kemah, TX and Kerri Kirby (Kevin) of Weatherford, OK. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
