He is survived by: his wife Etta Arlene Maddox; his children, Sheila Lorene Brand (Rex) of Mountain Home, TX, Kathy Diane Cacini (Rick) of Yukon, OK and Stephen Eugene Boyd (Debbie) of Hobart, OK; his sisters, Bonnie Sims (Billy) of Saddle Mountain, OK and Judy Richey of Oklahoma City, OK; his sisters-in-law, Jackie Stewart of Marlow, OK and Joyce Boyd of Binger, OK; and his caregiver Kay Mallett. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.
