He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred DeBow and Dorothy DeBow; his wife Catalina DeBow; his children, Josephine Roldan (Marcus), AnaMarie Padilla (Israel) and Roy DeBow Jr. (Christine); and his grandchildren, Elissa Herbert, Cassandra Padilla, Jennifer Padilla, Christopher DeBow, Daniel Valdez and Myles DeBow. He was also cherished by nine beautiful great-grandchildren.
