He is survived by: his wife Loretta Maggard; his son Mark Maggard (Kristi) of Hobart, OK; his great grandchild Rylan Vestal; his sister Ruby Carlile (Jim); and his brothers-in-law, Butch Hannagan (Lori), Tommy Hannagan (Sandra) and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
