She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Wayne (Hand) and John Wayne; her husband Carl P. Hayes; and her son Larry James Hayes. She is survived by: her son Gary Hayes (Gail); her grandsons, Chris Hayes of San Antonio, TX, Daniel P. Hayes (Kellee), Michael S. Hayes and Chad D. Hayes; her sister Dorothy McCormack of Elk City, OK; and her sister-in-law Genny Wayne. She is also survived by other relatives and special friends.
