He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hokett; his children, Kevin Hokett (Tiffany), Danielle Husselman (David), Jody VanAusdall (April) and Chara Spann (David); his siblings, Barbara Doyle, Joann Hamilton (Robert) and Phillip Gene Hokett (Louella); and his grandchildren, Destiny Todd (Shawn), Coly Hokett (Lexi), Shanna Liles (Bryant), Danessa Dudley (James), Tyler Dudley (Haley), Demrie Denson (George), Meagan, Lewis Bilyeu, Tommy, Eric Waite, Hannah Easley and Jeremiah Spann.
