He is survived by: his wife Lori Polm; his children, Curtis Polm of Lone Wolf, OK, Heith Polm (Lisa) of Hobart, OK and Clint Calip Jr. (Yessica) of Marietta, CA; his grandchildren, Curtis Polm III, Rylee Polm, Natalie Calip, Ryan Polm II and Thalia Calip; and his sister Mattie Calip. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
