He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Buchanan and Lucille Buchanan; his siblings, Stanley Buchanan, Peggy Albright, Rex Buchanan and Pat Buchanan; and his son-in-law Brad Davis.
He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Rae Sommers of Saddle Mountain; his children, Mert, Max, Mallory Davis, Jeri Buchanan and Donna Buchanan; his grandchildren, Dierra, Trapper Heglin, Chanan, Bailey Davis, Bryson, Shelby Davis, Johnna, Alex Elliot, Hannah, Cody Smith, Mariah Buchanan, Brandy and Steven Hybarger; and his great grandchildren, Addie, Thatcher Heglin, Sterling Davis, Tinley Davis, Ripley Elliot, Bryer, Ryder, Zola, Sonny Smith, Olivia, Sophia Hybarger The Buchanan and Sue Livermore.
