It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Boone Douglass Hazelette Jr. (Hobart, Oklahoma), who passed away on December 5, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Boone Douglass Sr. and Gladys Hazlette; his daughters, Cindy (Randy Brown) and Kathy; his cousin Tommy Gray; his wife Louise; his granddaughters, Kathy Funk, Heather Brown Dollarhide, Liz Brown Scalise (Brian Scalise), Jacqueline Funk and Leslie Funk Campos (Juan); his great grandchildren, Layla Stern, Taylor Howard, Thomas Howard, Jonathan Campos, Paige Campos, Pierce Campos, Lily Scalise, Olivia Pinto and James Zastrow; and his great great grandchild Noah Stern.
