She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Kaler and Dora Mae Kaler; her brother David Kaler; and her nephew James Allen Carson. She is survived by: her husband David Carson; her grandchildren, Haley of Tulsa, Josh Thompson, TJ Little of McAlester, Hunter and Blake Carson of Checotah; and her aunt Cora Rae Davis of Haskell, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
Rita had fought for 19 days with Covid-19, Flu, Double Pneumonia, and a blood clot in her lung.
