He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Howk Sr. and Willine Howk (Rogers); his wife Judy Howk; and his siblings, George Howk and Nadine.
He is survived by: his sons, Lorne Howk (Tammy) of Henryetta, Michael Howk of Hitchita and Steven Howk of Hitchita; his grandchildren, Baylie Bardin (Dalton), Dillon Howk, Steel Howk, Ashlee Howk, Jeremy Howk, Scotty Evans, Tyler Evans, Karlee Evans, Caleb Howk, Aryn Howk and Stevie Howk; his great grandchild McKinley Bardin; and his siblings, Billy Howk, Jewell Howk, Susie, Leona Oglesby (Ricky) and Phyliss Oglesby (Keith). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
