He is survived by: his children, Debbie Crosby (Gary) and Terry Sparks; his grandchildren, Chad, Jayme Crosby, Jamie, Crystal Crosby, Tasha, Cole Hix, Kevin, Angie Trappmen, Carrie Trappmen, Shannon Crosby and Mandy McCullar; and his sister Margaret Hamm. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
