He is survived by: his sons, Courtney Posey (Doilette Posey), Teddy Posey (Wendy Posey) and Leslie Posey; his siblings, Randy Posey (Margaret Posey) and Altha Spargur (ElReno); his grandchildren, Kaletha Hightower (Moore), Heather, Austin Posey (Kaile Posey), Megan and Chase Posey (Moore); and his great grandchildren, Hallie Hightower, Holden Boyd, Addy Boyd and Chloey Boyd.
