She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl G. Bohn and Lydia E. Bohn (White); her husband Edwin Rade; and her siblings, Kenneth, Melvin Bohn and June Nix.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Charlotte Majors of Hinton, OK. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
