He was predeceased by: his parent Marjorie Johnson. He is survived by: his parent Mervin Leonard; his daughters, Emily Johnson of Tuttle, OK and Catie Pearson (Caleb) of Lookeba, OK; his granddaughter Carsten Pearson of Lookeba, OK; and his brothers, Jerome Johnson (Debbie) of Indianola, IA, Michael Ray Johnson (Barbara) of Sac City, IA and Kevin Leonard Johnson (Kristi) of Pleasantville, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, as well as many other relatives and friends.
