She is survived by: her grandson Chris; her children, Donnie Entz of Hinton and Lea Ann Entz of Hinton; her grandchildren, Trent Opitz of Lookeba, Jahree Edwards (Dallas) of Yukon, Drew Entz of Hinton, Kandice Entz of Hinton and Thomas Entz (Candy) of Hinton; her great grandchildren, Brittney, Camrey, Jaylee, Masen, Maddox, Makayla, Zane, Sharity, Cannon, Carter, Hattie, Holland and Hogan; her great great grandchild Bentlee; her sister Margaret Andrews of Oklahoma City; her sister-in-law Beth Andrews of Lexington; her niece Donna Smith (Brent) of Lexington, OK; and her nephew Bobby Andrews of Hinton, OK. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
