She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Paschall Douglas and Edith Odessa Douglas; her husband Basil Murphy; her children, Donna Murphy, Bobby Murphy and Jimmy Murphy; and her siblings, Lura Jo Peck, LaVesta Easley, Lillie McDonald and Maureen Douglas.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Mosley (Jerry) of Hinton, Oklahoma and Danny Murphy (Cindy) of Oney, Oklahoma; her sister Gloria Jean Douglas of Choctaw, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jennifer Nelson (Justin) of Hinton, Staci Pack (Shanon) of Hinton, Andrew Mosley (Mandie) of Hinton, Crysti Adams (Jason) of Choctaw, Cole Murphy (MaKayla) of Hinton, Jeremy Murphy of Hinton, Brady Murphy (Robin) of Hinton and Haley Miller (Keith) of Missouri; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlin, Brett, Gavin, Carson, Gillian, Josh, Hattie, Easton, Hudson, Ruger and Blake. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
