She was predeceased by: her parents, E. T. Ledford and Catherine Ledford (Carlisle); her son Dennis Nance; her grandson Cody Nance; her brothers, Cletus and Dayne Ledford; and her parents-in-law, Harold and Freda Nance.

She is survived by: her husband Harold "Pete" Nance, Jr.; her daughter Dianna Lay (Raymond) of Oklahoma City; her grandchildren, Heather Koch (Tom) of Mustang and Brock Lay (Heather) of Oklahoma City; her great grandchildren, Ryker, Brecken, Kennedy, Pilot, Rad, Hugo, Jones, Robbie, Wells and Brooklyn; and her great great grandchild Greyson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
