He was predeceased by: his parents, Claud Ingram and Martie Ingram (Garrett); his wife Polly Ingram; his brother Richard Ingram; his grandson David Todd Bishop; and his daughter-in-law Julie Bishop.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary M. Bishop (Jan) of Tulsa, OK and Richard D. Bishop of Edmond, OK; his grandchildren, Christopher Brooks Mefford of Tulsa, Brooke Alison Bishop George (Timmy) of Edmond and Kaleigh Marie Neil (Tyler) of Hartford Wisconsin; and his great grandchildren, Brian George, Boston George, Stetson Tullius, Stella Tullius and Bishop Neil.
