He was predeceased by: his grandfather Donald Smith; and his great-grandparents, Vern, Cork Lenaburg and Margaret Hice. He is survived by: his parents, Amber Denisse Smith (Warren) and Shannon Smith of Lookeba; his brother Connor Smith (Candice) of Lookeba; his grandparents, Orville of Hinton, Verna Warren of Hinton and Wilma Smith of Hinton; his nieces and nephews, Rally, Crew Smith and Brady McLemore; his cousins, Haylie Kile (Kord) of Ada and Malorie Miller of Ada; and also Teresa Boye of Oklahoma City.
