He was predeceased by: his parents, Dessie Ann O'Briant (Shepherd) and Albert O'Briant of Binger; his son Phillip Keith O'Briant; his grandson Lance David O'Briant; his great grandchild Sophia Jean O'Briant; and his siblings, Donald Ray O'Briant and Opal Capshew.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Harris; his children, Pam Weaver (Carlie) of Hinton, OK, Patsy Pothorst (Randy) of McAlester, OK, Paul O'Briant (Deidre) of Sayre, OK and Patrick O'Briant (Laura) of Dothan, AL; and his grandchildren, Crystal Long (Kareem), Amy Doan (Eddie), Carla Jarboe (Chad), Darrell Pothorst, Valerie Jiles, Rhett O'Briant (Megan Gayle), Megan Lea Fillmore (Jeremy), Zachary O'Briant (Mandy), Isaac O'Briant and Landon O'Briant. He is also survived by 22 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
