She was predeceased by: her spouse William (Bill); and her siblings, Earl Leon Waugh, Eldon Joseph Waugh, Inez Newsom and Maydean Frese Cheatham.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry (Phyllis) of Perryton, Tom (Gloria) of Okmulgee, Don (Lucy) of Wichita, KS, Gary (Debbie) of Borger, Tim (Debbie) of Yukon, OK. and Jeanene Flippo of Borger; her siblings, Jean Trammell of Borger, Jackie Womble of Borger and Bennie of Tulsa, OK.; and also Brewer. She is also survived by grandchildren, and twenty-nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to Harrington Breast Cancer Center or other charity.
